As the Executive Director Partnerships, Projects and Insights (Acting), Lauren leads projects that provide new services and benefits for our customers and high-quality agency partnership support.
Lauren recently returned to Service NSW after 1 year as Executive Director, Transformation in Department of Customer Service (DCS) Corporate Services. She led high-profile programs aimed at uplifting employee experience with digital transformation and functional redesign, in addition to oversight of a large Portfolio Management and Assurance division.
Previous experience
Lauren joined Service NSW in 2013 in its original start-up phase and has been instrumental in driving business process uplift in Director roles within Service Delivery, Insights and Analytics, and Projects and Partnerships. This has included leading teams providing critical data insights during the 2019/20 bushfire season, Covid-19, and Northern Rivers NSW floods.
In 2016, Lauren was awarded the Customer Service Commissioner's award for her work supporting the setup of Service NSW, including the development and roll-out of the Service NSW continuous improvement and employee engagement programs that continue to play an important role in the culture of Service NSW to this day.
