When to use

Use Service Booker:

  • whenever customers need to attend your office
  • to book customer call backs 
  • for a pop-up event that requires customer bookings. You can advertise and run the event, configure Service Booker and then remove it.
  • to share unique links with customers so they can make an appointment with a particular staff member, like a case manager
  • to distribute bookings based on location and staff availability. 
  • as a standalone platform (for smaller projects or agencies) or integrated with existing CRMs (for larger projects or agencies). 

How it works

Once Service Booker is configured:

  1. You'll get quick-to-launch templated booking forms to integrate on your website. This is how customers can book appointments.  
  2. You’ll also get access to an admin dashboard that can be used by staff to make bookings on behalf of the customer.
  3. Staff calendars will update to show live location and time availability.  
  4. Once a booking is made, customers will receive booking confirmation as well as scheduled reminders.
