If you have an existing Transport for NSW E-Toll account, you can check online to: 

  • view and download your account transactions and notifications
  • choose your top-up amount and top-up trigger (minimum amounts apply)
  • change or update your personal, payment or vehicle details
  • order extra tags or brackets
  • report a lost tag
  • add additional contacts to your account
  • reset your password.

You can log in to your E-Toll account using your email address and password. 

If you do not have an email address or it's not unique to one account, log in using your E-Toll Account number or Licence Plate Number.

Note: If you have not logged in to your E-Toll account since 1 March 2022, you'll need to reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot my password’. If you have issues logging in to your account, visit the E-Toll website.
