Introduction
You can change the credit card or debit card information on a Transport for NSW E-Toll account online.
To change direct debit details, you can send a direct debit request form by post or email, or visit a Service NSW Centre.
Eligibility
You need to be the account holder or an additional contact to make this change.
What you need
- your E-Toll account details
- the changed credit card or debit card details
- the PDF form – ‘Direct Debit Request’ (if applicable).
How to change
To change a credit or debit card
- Log in to your E-Toll Account.
- Select 'Update payment details'.
- Enter the changes and submit.
To change direct debit details
- Download the Direct Debit Request – PDF.
- Send by post or email using the details on the form, or take to a service centre.
