If you’ve received a toll notice and you want to dispute it, you can lodge an objection.
Reasons you may want to dispute the notice include:
- you had no choice but to travel on the toll road because of road works
- the charges are not correct
- the trip has already been paid
- your vehicle did not make the trip.
If you were not driving the vehicle at the time and you know who was, you will need to submit a statutory declaration for a toll notice.
If you’re sending an objection by post, do this at least 7 days before the due date on the toll notice to avoid extra fees.
