Introduction
You can arrange for other people to have access to your Transport for NSW E-Toll Account:
- when you open the account online (up to 2 people)
- after you open the account (there is no limit).
The additional contacts:
- will have access to your account using the same password you create to open the account
- can perform most functions including changing payment details, adding a tag and topping up an account
- cannot:
- change or remove the account holder's name/personal details
- add or remove people
- close the account.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder.
What you need
- your account details
- the contact details of the person you want to add (you must have their permission).
How to add
You can add the contacts when you open your E-Toll Account online.
To include additional contacts after you've opened your account:
- raise an enquiry in your E-Toll Account
- call 13 18 65
- visit a Service NSW Centre with your supporting documents.
