Introduction
To manage an additional contact on your Transport for NSW E-Toll Account, you need to call 13 18 65 or visit a Service NSW Centre.
Changes you can make to an additional contact:
- remove them from your account
- update their details.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder.
An additional contact cannot make the change.
What you need
- your E-Toll Account details
- your email address
- the additional contact person's details.
How to manage
You can either:
- call 13 18 65 or
- visit a service centre with your supporting information.
