Introduction

To manage an additional contact on your Transport for NSW E-Toll Account, you need to call 13 18 65 or visit a Service NSW Centre.

Changes you can make to an additional contact:

  • remove them from your account
  • update their details.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder.

An additional contact cannot make the change.

What you need

  • your E-Toll Account details
  • your email address
  • the additional contact person's details.
