Personal Hardship Assistance Grant (Cyclone Alfred weather event)
$180 for individuals (up to $900 per family) will be available from Service NSW for essential costs. Applications will open on 12 March.
Support for Far West NSW
Financial support is available if you've been affected by the power outage from October 2024. Applications close on 31 March.
Disaster Relief Grant (for low-income earners)
If your home or essential household items were damaged or destroyed by a natural disaster, you may be eligible to apply.
Flood property assessment program
Free structural assessments of eligible properties for people impacted by flood events in:
- February and March 2022, or
- June and July 2022.
Resilient homes program
Assistance for buy-back, raising, or retrofitting of homes if you were impacted by storms and floods in:
- Northern Rivers, February 2022
- Central West, 2022.
