Introduction
If you need to change the name of the organisation or the contact person associated with your Transport for NSW E-Toll Account, you can do this at a service centre.
If the Australian Business Number (ABN) has changed, you’ll need to set up a new account and return the old tags.
What you need
- your request stated on company letterhead, signed by the current account holder or a manager, director or CEO of the company, that includes:
- E-Toll Account number
- business name and address recorded on the account
- details that need to be updated.
- the ASIC change of business name certificate (for a name change but the ABN remains the same)
- your E-Toll tags (to close the account when the ABN has changed).
How to change
- Write a letter on company letterhead stating the E-Toll Account number, the business name and address recorded on the account, and the details that need to be updated.
- Have the letter signed by the current account holder or a manager, director or CEO of the company.
- Get a copy of the ASIC change of business name certificate (for a name change but the ABN remains the same).
- Submit the documentation:
