Introduction

If you need to change the name of an organisation or a contact person associated with a Transport for NSW E-Toll business account, you can do this at a Service NSW Centre.

Note: If the Australian Business Number (ABN) has changed, you’ll need to:

  1. Close the existing E-Toll account and return tags.
  2. Open a new E-Toll account in the new company name.

What you need

  • a letter on the organisation's letterhead, signed by the current account holder, a manager, director or CEO of the company. The letter should include the:
    • E-Toll Account number
    • business name and address recorded on the account
    • details of the name change for the organisation or contact person.
  • the organisation change of name certificate from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

How to change

  1. Gather the required documents.
  2. Submit the change:
    1. in person at a service centre, or
    2. by email to e-toll@service.nsw.gov.au.
