Introduction
If you're a concession card holder, you may be eligible for certain concessions on a new or existing E-Toll Account, including:
- account statements sent by post, free-of-charge
- reduced registration fees on an E-Toll Tagless Account
- exemption from the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour Tunnel tolls
(only applies for Department of Veterans' Affairs DVA Veteran Gold Card printed with TPI and drivers of modified vehicles with hand controls).
You need to apply in person at a Service NSW Centre.
Eligibility
You must be the E-Toll Account holder and have one of the following:
- Pensioner Concession Card or confirmation of concession card entitlement form (showing a NSW address)
- DVA Veteran Gold Card printed with one of the following:
- TPI
- EDA
- War Widow or War Widower
- letter from the DVA confirming one of the following:
- you receive a Disability Compensation Payment at the 70% rate or higher
- you receive a Disability Compensation Payment at the Intermediate rate
- you've been assessed at 50 or more impairment points.
Note: DVA letters can be downloaded from DVA's MyService.
What you need
- your eligible concession card or letter
- a copy of your registration papers showing the '87 condition' recorded against your vehicle (if you drive a modified vehicle with hand controls)
- your account number if you already have an E-Toll Account, or
- the E-Toll application form.

- Gather the required documents and visit a service centre to lodge your application.
