Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) helps NSW residents get safe and reliable services at a fair price. IPART is the:

• independent pricing regulator for water, energy, public transport and local government
• licence administrator of water, electricity and gas
• scheme administrator and regulator of the Energy Savings Scheme.

The regulator conducts independent reviews across water, energy, public transport and local government, as well as other industries and topics.
