View images of an offence

Introduction

If you've been fined for an offence that has been photographed, you can view and download the images free of charge.

What you need

• your fine notice number (fine notice, fine reminder notice or overdue fine)
• the date of the offence.

Phone requests

If you make your request by phone you'll also need to provide proof of your identity such as your address, date of birth or driver licence number.

How to view

1. Select the 'Go to myPenalty' button.
2. Follow the prompts to view your images.

Note: If you're the person named on the fine notice, you can request a copy of the images by calling 1300 138 118 .
