Use the superannuation guarantee eligibility decision tool

Employers can use the superannuation guarantee eligibility decision tool to quickly check whether they need to make super contributions for their employees or contractors.

After answering a series of questions about the individual’s employment circumstances, you will receive a brief report that shows:

• if the employee is eligible for superannuation, and
• a summary of your superannuation obligations for that employee.
