Surrender an Authorised Inspection Station report book

Introduction

Inspection report books issued through the Authorised Inspection Scheme (AIS) remain the property of Transport for NSW. 

You must return any report books that are no longer needed (due to the closure, suspension, cancellation or temporary inactivity of your inspection station) to a Service NSW Centre.

What you need

• your proof of identity
• the Authorised Inspection Station's name, address and identification number
• copies of all electronic inspection reports that were issued in the last 12 months
• the inspection report book(s).
