Introduction
If you have an idea to deliver an innovative project in NSW you can submit an unsolicited proposal to the NSW Government.
An unsolicited proposal is an approach to the NSW Government where the proposal has not been requested.
These proposals may be for building or financing infrastructure, providing goods or services, or undertaking a major commercial transaction.
The NSW Government accepts unsolicited proposals that address the following criteria:
- uniqueness
- value for money
- whole of government impact
- return on investment
- capability and capacity
- affordability
- risk allocation.
Eligibility
An unsolicited proposal can be lodged by the non-government sector, including:
- private individuals
- companies
- not-for-profit entities
- local councils.
