Search for a strata scheme

NSW Land Registry Services manages and maintains strata plan records for NSW.

You can access public information about any of the state’s strata schemes using the NSW Government’s strata search online tool, including the:

• number of lots in a scheme
• date the scheme was registered.

To find a scheme, you can search by its:

• address, or
• strata plan number (if you know it).

If you need a more detailed strata search (known as a strata inspection report), speak to a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or specialist company.
