Request equipment repairs and re-order consumables from EnableNSW

Introduction

If the equipment provided to you by EnableNSW needs repairing, or you need to re-order continence, Home Enteral Nutrition or respiratory consumable products, you can do this by email or phone, as long as:

• the equipment has been funded by EnableNSW
• the items you need are being funded by EnableNSW.

What you need

• your full name
• date of birth 
• residential address
• best contact number 
• the equipment that needs repairing or the consumable items you want to reorder.
