Replace a vessel's registration certificate

Introduction

If you need to replace your vessel's registration certificate, you can do this in person at a Service NSW Centre.

What you need

• your proof of identity
• your payment
• the PDF form – 'Application for Maritime Replacement Products'. 

How to replace

1. Select the 'Download ODF form' button.
2. Complete the form.
3. Make sure you have the required documentation and payment.
4. Visit a service centre and submit your request.
