Introduction
If your private mooring licence is lost, damaged or destroyed, you can order a replacement in person at a Service NSW Centre.
What you need
- the PDF form – 'Application for Replacement Products'
- your proof of identity
- private mooring details (if available)
- your payment.
How to replace
- Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
- Complete the form and submit your application in person at a service centre.
