Introduction
If your permit is lost, damaged, stolen, destroyed or issued with a printing error, you can apply for a replacement at a Service NSW Centre or by post.
You can replace the following permits:
- paintball marker
- paintball venue
- international paintball competitor.
What you need
- the PDF form – 'Replace a paintball permit'
- permit number (if known)
- proof of identity (such as a driver licence or Australian passport)
- business details (if applicable)
- reason for replacement
- your payment.
Note: You may not need to pay the fee if the permit was:- issued with a printing error and you were not responsible for the error
- lost, damaged or destroyed due to a natural disaster.
Add this information to the form and NSW Fair Trading will review the request to waive the fee.
How to replace
- Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
- Complete the form.
- Make a payment online and enter your receipt number on the form.
- Send the application by email to the details on the form, or visit a service centre to submit in person.
Payment methods
You need to pay online before you submit your form. You can pay with:
- PayPal
- credit or debit card.
You cannot pay over the counter at a service centre.
