Drivers who transport livestock by road in NSW and operate a vehicle under the NSWLLS must be accredited.

To become an accredited NSWLLS driver you'll need to:

  • complete the free online driver learning course
  • book in for an assessment with an approved assessor
  • successfully undertake a practical assessment.

After you've been accredited, always carry your NSWLLS Driver Card in your vehicle.

You'll then need to renew your accreditation every 5 years.
