If you live in public housing and need to report any non-urgent repairs, you can submit a request online via the MyHousing app. Log in to the app and select MyHousing Repairs.
The app can be downloaded from either the App Store or the Google Play Store.
If you'd prefer to call, or the matter is urgent, the Maintenance Hub number is 1800 422 322.
Specialist staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide support and advice. They're also able to make decisions on the spot about what may need to be done.
When you call, give as many details as possible about the problem that needs repairing.
Make sure you have a pen ready to write down the job reference number for your maintenance request. Having the job reference number will make it easier to make a follow up call to the Maintenance Hub if you need to.
