Weighbridges or weigh stations are platforms that are used to determine the weight of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, buses and other large vehicles

Weighbridges are used to determine the mass of a vehicle, including the prime mover and connected trailer/s. They can also be used to separately record the weight of axles (or groups of axles) to ensure compliance with NSW transport regulations.
