Find a licensed certifier for emissions testing

If you need an emissions test for your non-standard light vehicle, you can do this via a Vehicle Safety Compliance Certification Scheme (VSCCS) licensed certifier.

Non-standard vehicles include: 

• individually constructed vehicles
• modified vehicles
• some imported vehicles.
