Introduction

If you hold a conveyancer licence and need to change your contact details (address, email or mobile number), you can do so online. 

If you need to change your name or other licence details, you can do so at a Service NSW Centre or by email.

You must notify NSW Fair Trading of any changes within 7 days.

What you need

To change your contact details online, you’ll need:

  • a MyServiceNSW Account
    • you can create one when you start your application
    • you may need details from 2 identity documents (such as Australian driver licence, Medicare card, passport)
  • the details that need changing.

For all other changes, you’ll need:

  • your contact details
  • your licence number 
  • the details that need changing
  • the documents as described in the form ‘Change of Address – Licensed Conveyancer’ under the section 'Other changes of details'.

How to change

To change your contact details:

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Log in, or create your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to change your contact details.

Note: You can also change your contact details by completing the form 'Change of Address – Licensed Conveyancer' – PDF and lodging it at a service centre or by email.

To change your name or other licence details:

  1. Gather the required documents as described in the form 'Change of Address – Licensed Conveyancer' – PDF under the section 'Other changes of details'.
  2. Submit your change of details in person at a service centre, or email propertylicensing@customerservice.nsw.gov.au.
