Introduction
If you need to change the details on your NSW Seniors Card or NSW Senior Savers Card, you can do this online. Alternatively, please call us on 13 77 88.
What you need
- a MyServiceNSW Account
- you can create one when you begin
- you may need details from 2 identity documents (such as Australian driver licence, Medicare card, passport)
- the service 'Seniors/Senior Savers Card' added to your MyServiceNSW Account (if you have not already) – see How to add services to your MyServiceNSW Account
- your new personal details
If you're changing your details by phone, you'll need:
- your current and new personal details
- your Seniors Card or Senior Savers Card number.
How to change
- Select the 'Change online' button.
- Log in, or create your MyServiceNSW Account.
- Follow the prompts to change your details.
Note: If you're unable to change your details online, call us on 13 77 88.
