Book an appointment at a service centre

Introduction

Some transactions require you to visit a service centre to complete them.

If you'd like to avoid wait times or delays at the service centre, book an appointment online.

What you need

Check what you need to bring to your appointment and make sure you've completed any paperwork that's required before you arrive at the service centre.

How to book

1. Select the 'Book an appointment' button.
2. Select your appointment type from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the most convenient service centre.
4. Choose a date and time for your appointment.
5. Enter your details.

You'll receive confirmation of your booking plus a booking number via email, and SMS (if requested).
