Introduction

A registered club must have an approved secretary (who's also the Chief Executive Officer).

If you have the necessary authorisation, you can apply for approval from Liquor & Gaming NSW, online.

To be eligible, you need to:

  • liquor licence name and number of the club
  • your personal and contact details 
  • your past employment history details as a club secretary or liquor licensed approved manager
  • your RSA and ARCG competency card number and details, or copies of the RSA and ARCG certificates
  • National Police Check certificate issued within the last 3 months
  • copies of the 3 identity documents you used to apply for the National Police Check.

How to apply

  1. Select the 'Apply online' button.
  2. Select 'Start'.
  3. Enter your liquor licence number (including the letters) and your name.
  4. Select 'Next'.
  5. Complete the online form.
  6. Upload the required documentation.
