Introduction
A National Parks Concession Pass gives eligible Australian pensioners and veterans free car entry into the national parks that charge entry fees.
You can apply for a pass online.
Eligibility
You have one of the following:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Veteran Gold Card printed with TPI or EDA
- letter from the DVA confirming you receive a Disability Compensation Payment at either the:
- 70% rate or higher, or
- Intermediate rate.
Note: DVA letters can be downloaded from DVA's MyService.
If you're a Seniors Card holder, you may be eligible for a seniors discount.
What you need
- an email address that is not shared with someone else
- your Pensioner Concession Card number or DVA card number, or
- letter from the DVA confirming you receive a Disability Compensation Payment at either the 70% rate or higher, or the Intermediate rate.
How to apply
- Select the 'Apply online' button.
- Follow the prompts to apply for a pass.
You'll receive an email from the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service within 3 business days to let you know if your pass has been approved.
If you're not able to apply online you can:
- call the National Parks Contact Centre on 1300 072 757, or
- visit a Service NSW Centre.
