Apply for a National Parks Concession Pass

Introduction

A National Parks Concession Pass gives eligible Australian pensioners and veterans free car entry into the national parks that charge entry fees.

You can apply for a pass online.

Eligibility

You have one of the following:

• Pensioner Concession Card
• Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Veteran Gold Card printed with TPI or EDA
• letter from the DVA confirming you receive a Disability Compensation Payment at either the: 
  • 70% rate or higher, or
  • Intermediate rate.
    Note: DVA letters can be downloaded from DVA's MyService.

If you're a Seniors Card holder, you may be eligible for a seniors discount.

What you need

• an email address that is not shared with someone else
• your Pensioner Concession Card number or DVA card number, or
• letter from the DVA confirming you receive a Disability Compensation Payment at either the 70% rate or higher, or the Intermediate rate.

How to apply

1. Select the 'Apply online' button.
2. Follow the prompts to apply for a pass.

You'll receive an email from the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service within 3 business days to let you know if your pass has been approved.

If you're not able to apply online, call the National Parks Contact Centre on 1300 072 757 or visit a Service NSW Centre with your supporting documentation.
