Claim concessional car parking at NSW Health public hospitals

Introduction

Concession car parking rates are available for eligible patients and their carers in all public hospital car parks in NSW where fees apply. 

Each hospital will have an 'administrative point' where you can apply for the concession parking. 

Eligibility

You may be eligible for concessional car parking if you:

• require treatment over an extended period
• attend hospital more than twice a week (including carers of long term patients who visit frequently)
• are experiencing financial hardship.

How to claim

• Use the NSW Public Hospital Parking, Services and Directions search tool to locate a NSW public hospital administrative point at the hospital.
• Before you exit the car park:
  • go to the administrative point at the hospital
  • present your parking ticket, photo identification and concession card, or request for concessional rates.
