Our schedule sometimes changes at short notice, so make sure you double-check service times on the day of your visit and before you leave home. 

Some centres offer limited services, check that the service you need is available.

Most of our Mobile Service Centres offer similar services to our physical sites.

Centres that offer limited services can help with:

  • vehicle registration – renewals or checking a registration only
  • change of address on a NSW Driver Licence 
  • Notice of Disposal submissions
  • NSW Seniors or Seniors Savers Card applications
  • MyServiceNSW Account transactions
  • online Fair Trading licence renewals 
  • online Maritime transactions 
  • strata scheme annual reports.

Prepare your documents

Remember to have all your paperwork and supporting documents with you. 

New photocards will be posted

When you apply to get, renew or replace a photocard, it will be posted to you at no extra cost, within 10 business days. This applies to:

  • NSW Driver Licences
  • Mobility Parking Scheme cards
  • NSW Photo Cards
  • Firearm, security, commercial agent and private inquiry agent licences.

Driver Knowledge Tests

No bookings are required for the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT). You can now choose to do the DKT online.

Driver tests

Driver tests are available by appointment at selected locations.

Bookings are required and can be made by calling 13 77 88.

Service NSW Business Concierge

A Service NSW Business Concierge will be available to provide local businesses with personalised guidance on starting a business, licences and applications, connecting with independent business advice, and more.

Payment methods 

Our Mobile Service Centres accept:

  • cheque (personal or bank)
  • EFTPOS
  • credit or debit card (a merchant fee may apply).

We do not accept cash payments at Mobile Service Centres.
