Replace a lost, stolen or damaged Pensioner Concession Card

The Pensioner Concession Card allows eligible cardholders to access cheaper health care, medicines and discounts from the Australian Government.

You don’t need to apply for a Pensioner Concession Card. Services Australia will send you one if you're eligible.

The Services Australia website has all the information you need to replace a lost, stolen or damaged Pensioner Concession Card.

If you lose your card or it gets damaged or stolen, you can replace it by:

• requesting a new card via your myGov account linked to Centrelink
• calling Centrelink on 132 300 or your regular payment line
• visiting a Centrelink Service Centre.
