In NSW the regulatory framework for gambling, casinos, wagering and lotteries is administered by Liquor and Gaming NSW.  This includes compliance and enforcement activities and licensing certain activities.

You'll need to notify Liquor & Gaming NSW if your company is a gaming machine dealer, seller, or testing facility, and you want to:

  • change directors or shareholders of the company, or
  • change directors or shareholders of a holding company, or ultimate holding company.

For more information and details on how to make your notification, go to Liquor & Gaming NSW: Gaming-related licences.
