Amending heavy vehicle access permits

In many instances, heavy vehicle access permits can be amended through the NVHR whether they've been issued by:

• the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR)
• Transport for NSW, or 
• local government/s.

To apply for an amendment your permit must be valid (not expired).

You can also cancel a permit through the NHVR, or replace one if it's been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen.
