Privacy and security – Service NSW Business Bureau app

For participating businesses only

To use the Service NSW Business Bureau app you must:

• have a Business Profile,
• have access to a business location code provided by the business owner, or
• be registered to participate in a NSW Government program.

Keeping your personal information secure is as important to us as it is to you.

We use some third party services provided by Google and Android to help decide if the phone or device your information is stored on is secure.

Device permissions

You can allow the app to have certain permissions via your device settings, including use of the camera and to enable notifications. You can remove these permissions at any time.

If a future version of the app requires a new special permission to deliver some functionality, we will tell you clearly why the app needs it and ask you to allow access.
