Purpose of collection
Service NSW is collecting your personal information through this survey to help us continually improve the way we manage customer feedback within Service NSW.
The survey will take approximately 3 minutes to complete and is entirely voluntary.
The information collected may be used and shared in a de-identified way. Any personal information that is provided, such as in free text fields, will be handled in line with the Service NSW Privacy Statement.
Service NSW is collecting your personal information for the following purposes:
- improving the way we respond to, and handle, feedback made to Service NSW
- contacting you to communicate about your feedback with Service NSW
- other directly related purposes.
Personal information we collect
Service NSW may collect personal information such as your full name, email address and information about your interaction with Service NSW relating to your feedback.
How we use and disclose information
Service NSW may use your personal information we collect about you to:
- help us continually improve the way we support customers and manage feedback made to Service NSW
- contact you to communicate about your feedback or your interactions with Service NSW, and
- for reporting, research and statistical purposes.
Service NSW may disclose this information with the Department of Customer Service and the NSW Ombudsman for reporting, research and statistical purposes. All reporting will be deidentified and will not contain any personally identifiable information.
Service NSW will not disclose your personal information to anyone else unless you provide your consent, or we are required or authorised to do so by law. This may include disclosure to other government agencies and partners.
What information you are required by law to provide to us
Providing us with the requested information is not required by law. However, any information you choose to share with us will help us to better support you and other members of the public who interact with Service NSW.
