As a State Owned Corporation and custodian of the expansive NSW rail network, the Transport Asset Holding Entity of NSW's (TAHE) role is to deliver long-term sustainable returns to fulfil commitments to our customers, the community and the people of NSW.

TAHE's portfolio includes property, stations, rolling stock, rail infrastructure, retail spaces and significant land holdings within the Sydney metropolitan area, the Country Regional Network and across regional NSW. Safety is a key objective and the highest priority for TAHE.
